I have lived in a property of Jackson Student Homes for two years, and can say it has been the easiest experience because of their accomodating and friendly character. They have shown to be really happy to help with any related enquiries during living with them too, which means I truely recommend them if you are a student! The property I lived in was cleaned thoroughly and redecorated nicely before I moved in, and all the furniture provided was great.

Thank you all to James, Matt and the whole team. Any issues were resolved almost immediately and everyone was on call if we ever needed anything. The best landlords I have rented from as a student in Nottingham by far. All their Lenton properties are also in the best location you will find in Nottingham for Science students - 30 min walk from town and 30 mins to the Library. I would 100% recommend Jackson student homes.

Jackson Student Homes has proven to be an incredibly well organised, helpful and friendly business who I cannot recommend enough. Whilst living in 31A South Road, both James and Matt responded promptly to any issues, ensured the flat was well maintained and made the process of moving out incredibly pain free. I only wish I had lived with Jackson Student Homes throughout all four years of my degree as it would have made my time in Nottingham a lot less stressful.

The time my flatmates and I spent at 31b South Road under Jackson Student Homes was brilliant. The Landlords were fantastic every time there was a problem with the property. This was evident when the bathroom floor was in poor condition and upon informing the landlords within a week the floor had been completely repaired and improved. Another occasion was the lack of vacuum cleaner in the property and once again upon informing the landlords we had a brand new Henry Hoover by the next morning. as shown in these little examples the landlords were always available and eager to help make sure that the property was in the best condition as possible for our tenure.

The property was in great condition once we had moved in, which was before the property had been professionally cleaned and repainted which further improved the quality of the flat and our experience during our time there.

Having been a tenant in three different properties located in West Bridgford, I’ve loved every single one. All with different aspects but overall they have not only been clean, safe and functional but have also all been in fantastic locations for walking to the uni or city bus stops or into West Bridgford town itself. The landlords themselves are very good as any issue they’ll check it out straight away. I thoroughly recommend Jackson student homes.

At a time when academic studies are at their most stressful, Jackson Student Homes offer a fantastic service that means your student accommodation is never a problem. Nothing is ever too much for them, and we have found Matt and James to be highly attentive and very organised. Any issues with the house were sorted within 24hrs, and there was no charge when it wasn't our fault. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a tenant of Jackson Student Homes, and I wish them all the best. They would be my first choice in future and I would highly recommend.
